Day 9: Peach Ice Cream? Uh…yes!

A Vitamix, that’s what was new to the countertops in my sister-in-law’s kitchen. (I noticed it right away.) So when she said We might as well make some peach ice cream, what do you think? I was quick to answer: Ice cream in a blender? That sounds fun!

See? It is fun!
