a little roundup of things that inspired me this week
1. Feather Pouch. I say yes.
When I first spotted this little Fionna Hanna feather pouch on Poppytalk Handmade, it caught my eye right away. Need! Right? Right.
2. Learn to make beautiful letters. An online workshop by the masterful Gina Sekelsky (aka Letter girl) in which you can learn to write more decoratively. Rather gorgeous, I’d say. The link also came to me via Poppytalk, this little Love Your Letters Workshop. Again, I say yes!
3. Or Just Buy One. If you’re too busy during this almost-holiday-season for a Love Your Letters Workshop, order a stamp. Oh-so-gorgeous in Lettergirl’s own vintage hand, your own return address stamp. Love!
4. Pumpkin, Again. Tis the season, so how can I resist Yet Another pumpkin shout-out? This time it’s Kate Taylor’s Gingersnaps with Pumpkin Ice Cream. Oh. My. Thank you, Design Sponge!
5. Happy Hour. I have become slightly obsessed with this manly blog: ManMadeDIY (“Creativity and the Handmade Life for the Postmodern Male”). I agree Thanksgiving should be all about this: Jeffrey Morganthaler’s Bourbon Renewal. In fact, why wait for November?
Happy weekend, friends!
